(September 11, 2021, 9:36 pm)Stunning views, cute towns and plenty of hiking opportunities. Unbelievable beaches, each are unique and picturesque. Easy to drive and not much traffic. You can eat at mom and pop places all along the way. Over 50 beaches and several lighthouses.

(August 14, 2021, 3:36 pm)Very friendly and helpful visitor information staff at this Welcome Centre, with information about the local area and the rest of PEI. It's a great destination if you're not sure where to go next, whether you want to drive a beautiful scenic route, find something spontaneous to do, or plan your entire vacation.
Air-conditioned building with public washrooms. Truly gorgeous location right on the water and the trail, with a short pedestrian boardwalk over the marsh to food and shopping.
I also recommend the Points East website, app, and social media -- I have discovered so many hidden gems I will return to, and new places I want to go, plus fun contests and events. -
