Beautiful location, friendly staff! Spa amenities are very relaxing aside from the chatty Kathys in the hot tube. We also had lunch, halibut was delicious. Unfortunately the bread pudding was the worst I’ve had, took 30 minutes to get it, it was served cold, very dry and chewy, served with tiny scoop of ice cream!
We’ll be back but we’ll probably skip the restaurant! Portion definitely small for price!

We had an amazing time at Mysa. Late in the season, in September, we had the resort essentially to ourselves. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of sunset from the porch. All the spa amenities were fantastic. Food was delicious. Most of all the staff were just so nice and helpful. My wife and I loved it and would recommend it 100% to others.

Spent only one night here with my husband and wish it was more. We were traveling around Atlantic Canada with our dog and this resort was on my list of places to visit when we did our trip. To my delight, they have some cottages which are pet friendly so we were able to relax and enjoy the spa while our dog was able to sleep in the cottage. The whole place is very relaxing and the most beautiful sunset occurred as well. I must also say the food is 15/10. I dined solo as my husband decided to golf and he really missed out. I also love that you can go to the restaurant in your robe and the encourage it so as to not interrupt the relaxing experience. I highly recommend this resort to visit and experience the serenity and calmness of PEI. Despite its awesomeness there are a few suggestions I would make for them to improve the experience a bit more. 1. Put one or two garbage bins on the grounds - especially if there are pet friendly cottages then a place to dispose of their waste is a must. 2. Carve out a path for residents to walk from the cottages 9-15 to the spa rather than trampling over the grass. 3. Put more clocks in more prominent areas. The big clock there is nice but also hard to read. 4. Putting the degrees of the experiences in Celsius as well would be nice. 5. Have some more shaded areas when the sun is out it is very hot and there’s no real shaded relaxing area except the egg chairs and that’s not great. 6. I was lost when I first arrived, I think there needs to be a clear sign on the reception door that it is reception. It’s not easy to see. 7. In the cottages have a plan of the spa and an outline of the amenities as well as the menu for the restaurant. It could be a small digital display if the menu is constantly changing.

We visited earlier in the season. It is a nice place and has plenty of potential. It was obvious there were plans in the works. We have been to a number Nordic spas and this would be last on the list. The location is very pretty. We found the amenities nice but it would be nice if they would make water more available without selling a bottle to us. We were fortunate it was not too busy, with only one pool it would not take too long for it to be uncomfortably full.

My husband and I came here for a night with the Weekday Wellness package on our honeymoon trip to PEI and our stay was…*okay*! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and our accommodations were simple and cozy however I believe this place is still to new and small to be charging what they are for their spa passes alone. Having been to a couple other Nordic spas, but also understanding they’re very new, Mysa is lacking in a few key areas that make for a full thermal experience. While there’s a lot of potential for this place, the lack of current experiences they offer were a bit of a let down and weren’t what we were expecting. Having only one hot and one cold pool as well as one steam room and one sauna, we’re very thankful the spa wasn’t busy as we don’t believe we would have been able to enjoy much. That being said, the grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed what they had to offer at this time. As for the food, our meals and drinks were delicious but the portions and set up compared the prices didn’t seem to match up. Overall, this was a good tester experience and the weekday wellness package was more or less worth it, but I feel it’s a strong push for fine dining and a luxury experience without a lot behind it just yet. Hopefully in the future we’ll see some expansion and we can’t wait!
