(December 10, 2019, 8:27 pm)i have been a customer of Clark insurance since 2009. The customer service was always excellent. Since the merge with huestis insurance group the customer service is sub standard. Its extremely difficult to talk to a person, and you have you call back several times and request a call back before you actually get a call. I will say that when you do eventually get a person on the phone they are friendly and attempt to be helpful.
