I met Alan quite a few years ago when I took my new Mustang Convertible to him because a raccoon decided to run into my front bumper causing $4800 in damage to my beloved car and I would suspect my bumper was the last thing to go through the poor little buggers mind. My car came back to me in immaculate condition and looking like she just rolled off the lot again, we got to talking and I told him about an operation that my son was getting done and that I was taking the car to Toronto to be with him while he gors through this. Two years later, my Father had his truck in to fix a spot where a tree ran out in front of him while backing up, Alan also did a very professional repair with no traces of repair anywhere to be seen. I must also add the fact that as soon as he saw me, he asked me how my son made out with his operation. That was two years before this and he took the time to remember what was going on in my life.
Now, just last week I took my car back to him because of a hit and run and he asked how Dad was. The last time that he would've seen Dad was roughly 8 years ago but again, he remembered him and his little truck.
This man is not only a very professional Autobody Mechanic, he is also a top notch gentleman that is always a joy to talk to and visit. He is the only person that work in his own shop and does every little job that is required to complete a showroom quality repair so you can rest assured that not only will your car be properly fixed but it will be fixed to the utmost quality standards that any vehicle owner can be proud of because he is one of the very few people left in this industry that actually still takes pride in his work.
