    Julia Purcell is a local PEI gem from a family of artists. She paints beautiful watercolours, but don't sleep on her oil paintings. I absolutely love the oil painting we have of hers. If you're looking to support a local artist, she's a great one.

    Beautiful artwork in a beautiful setting! Julia is a talented artist and expert teacher - watercolour lesson was an inspiring way to spend a morning of my Island vacation, and I love the painting I bought. Highly recommended!!
