The whole process from loading in PEI to unloading in Ontario took 4 days. Nothing was lost or damaged. Katie's communication and response were timely and effective, and the guys were also very friendly.
In addition, the quotation and actual receipt were basically the same. I will recommend The Discount Mover to my friends. -

I did mention to Taylor (exceptional fellow) when he was filling out the paperwork how pleased we were - what a shame it was such a miserable day weather wise, but your guys continued on as if it were sunny and dry.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company. I will also say, that Katie keeps the office end of things running smooth - friendly, knowledgeable and on top of all bookings - excellent customer care service.
Great communication from the business, confirmation notices, and follow up after the fact. Would not hesitate to recommend and if needed, Discount Mover will be my first call!

Two very friendly gentlemen looked after every detail and things went off without a hitch - they made the move so easy! Great job! Highly recommend this moving company

Plus a very hardworking and pleasant staff. Thank you, Discount Movers, for making that happen on our move back to PEI from Ontario. On top of that, the cost was 1/3 less than one of the larger, more well known movers.
