(September 16, 2023, 4:19 pm)We had a very good experience at Bricks when we visited yesterday. We were greeted by Allan, who was very charming and patient, very knowledgeable gentleman. He helped us with all our questions and concerns. In the end, even though we didn't get everything we came to purchase, we would like to thank Allan and the rest if your lovely staff for making our first experience at Bricks a memorable one. I will for sure be back!

(September 10, 2023, 2:28 am)My husband and I had wonderful service today at the brick! We bought a reclining chair last month and returned for their tent sale today to get a sectional couch. The salesman was very attentive and helpful and the manager was lovely and offered us a discount on our item. Will definitely be back.

(August 29, 2023, 10:30 pm)My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received at The Brick in Charlottetown. We were shopping for a mattress and visited this location a few days ago. We were greeted by Allan MacNeil who was very friendly and helped us to test out some mattresses that might meet our needs. Allan was great because he also gave us space while trying mattresses to talk amongst ourselves. He wasn’t too pushy but was so helpful in providing information when needed. We still had a few stores we wanted to check out to compare. Allan provided us with his business card and hoped to see us again. We visited a few more stores, but we knew we wanted the mattress at The Brick. The friendly service paired with the incredible deal on the Beauty Rest mattress made it a done deal for us! We went back today when we knew Allan was working. He helped get us all checked out and informed us of the delivery process and warranty details. This was my first experience with The Brick, and I would happily recommend it to anyone in the market for a mattress or furniture in general. We were also informed of the upcoming tent sale, so we are excited to go back to do some more shopping for our new apartment! Wonderful experience overall!

(August 2, 2023, 10:12 pm)Spoke with Fabian C in sales and bought a dryer in June. Fantastic delivery the guys brought in the dryer hooked it up took out the old dryer and took away the boxes...great guys and so polite. Fast forward to August 2 and now I need a washing machine...back to Fabian and delivery set up for next week. What great service and delivery experience at The Brick. Highly recommend

(July 20, 2023, 10:15 am)The staff at this store were all very helpful when we were looking at furniture in the store, also via email when making delivery arrangements, and then later when I had to cancel an order I made that I had paid for already.
This process took time because meanwhile, my credit card had registered some suspicious activity so I had cancelled it - and I had gone home to Ontario ! How was I to get a refund then?
It is a long story and it did take several weeks but as I said - everyone involved in the process was wonderful.
I will definitely be shopping there again!
