One thing I’ve chosen to do is attend the swing flow class at Vital Kinetics. It serves many purposes for me, which include stretching after a week of working out, relaxation to help clear the mind from responsibilities and community to interact with class members. This place serves a purpose that is impactful and I’m appreciative of the services rendered.

Before joining Vital Kinetics, run by the phenomenal Emy, I had never realized how transformative yoga could be for my body and overall well-being. I tried the Pain Free Body class at vital kinetics and it was so relaxing but also unique! Focused on stretching but in less conventional ways while using a ball. It was both informative and welcoming. Would recommend!

I had a great experience with Emy at Vital Kinetics. Everything was perfect from the greeting to the professional evaluation of the problem I had in my shoulder (I went there for a massage).
The facility is super clean and I loved how they thought about every single detail.
Would definitely recommend to try this place.
