(August 14, 2023, 5:50 pm)We just had a heat pump installed by PAT L and Eric P. When we booked we were told it would be 3/4 weeks before they could install. So we prayed for an early date. We got an email 4 days later asking if we would like it installed in two days. We said absolutely. Thank You Jesus for answered prayer! Then on the day of installation they showed up 1/2 hour early which we loved and got right to work. They were very professional and answered all our questions as they went. They continued to work in the rain without a break. We were very impressed. The best part was they cleaned up all their mess and took away all the garbage and boxes. They were thorough at the end in explaining the remote and features. We had a little trouble hooking up the ThinQ to our iphones but that was not their fault. There just wasnt enough explanation in the manual for that. But we found a youtube video that took us through step by step. We love being able to control our heat pump while away from the house. Thank you So much Nic, Eric and Pat and Greenfoot. We love our LG unit and the fact that its whisper quiet.

They were very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and above all cleanliness was on point along with their perfection and professionalism! We would highly recommend Greenfoot, especially Kris and Aaron for install.

(July 27, 2023, 2:12 pm)Just wanted to post a shout out to Manot Thomas who performed a deep clean on our 4 year old Daikon heat pump. He could not have been more, pleasant, professional and thorough - even providing tips for the monthly cleaning of the screens. Was only about an hour and left it as good as new! So very impressed and pleased with his service and I definitely will be keeping on top of the cleaning schedule as I never want to see that build up in the wash again!!

(April 13, 2023, 6:34 pm)Greenfoot installed 3 heat pumps in my home. The quoting process was very straight forward and once I made the decision the installation was scheduled within a couple weeks. The installation crew were extremely friendly and the quality of the installation was very good. The crew was on time and cleaned up after they completed the job leaving almost no mess. .I would highly recommend a Greenfoot to anyone.
