The Terrace tasting room is perhaps one of PEI’s currently best kept secrets with lots of comfortable seating with choice of shade or sun and spectacular views over the rolling hills leading to the Northumberland Strait in the distance. An assortment of games are available as well as heaters and blankets should it get chilly.
Sean was extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer and guided us through a flight of 6 different ciders with complimentary kettle chips to cleanse the palate. The Nomad, made from wild apples from across the province, was our favourite, and we got a couple more half pints of it because we just didn’t want to leave! Great assortment in the retail bottle shop as well.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’ve enjoyed their cider for a long time but there’s something incredibly special about the space they’ve created in Caledonia. Go for a drive and enjoy! -
