They always have tons of stock and the quality of their plywood is 10 times better than what you would find in a big box store. It's always a joy stopping in to pick my lumber and chat with the staff.

If you tell them you're new to it (like me) they'll take the time to explain everything to you, and answer any questions you have. They're never pushy or judgy. Really cool bunch of honest guys.

(October 14, 2017, 5:28 pm)Great customer service. Great selection of lumber. The prices are quite reasonable and competitive. The selection of rough lumber is great and they do stock tons of domestic and foreign hardwoods. Many of the hardwoods are also sold in "shorts" (8' or less) which is nice for smaller projects.
They also have various sizes of slabs and live edge pieces available, as well as turning stock. The slabs and live edge change constantly so grab the ones you like when you see them.
They do have some dressed lumber and can dress and glue pieces for you which is great if you don't have the equipment or space to do it yourself. I have not tried these services so I cannot comment on them.
Overall, a great place to get lumber.
