(July 3, 2015, 6:36 pm)Definitely an intense workout. Small space but pretty organized with booking spots before you come to the class. The gloves smell quite a bit, so if you are planning to do it long term I suggest buying your own gloves. Also, not skill based so if you were looking to further your technique it wouldn't be for you. But overall a great workout and I plan to go more!
