  Picked up something small here today, and met their staff Shaun and David. What initially was thought to be a quick in-and-out, turned out to be a very nice 30 min conversation. Shaun and David are very knowledgeable and respectful people. And throughout our conversations, I found them to be quite honest too. I was never pressured at all to buy anything, but when asked, told me the products they carry and how they can help. It was a pleasure meeting these folks, and I look forward to future business with Update TV & Stereo.

  Got my TV there, happy, maybe due to show it took longer then expected / promised to get my TV, but overall very good..

  Shaun is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Don't take these attributes as granted. These are rare qualities nowdays.

  You get the best experience and knowledge anybody could ask for. Not only you get the best price but the customer service is at its top. I myself not only did I get new Tv's for the whole house but a friendship for life. Thank you Trevor and Stacey. Come check them out before you buy anywhere else! ????????????????????????
