  A great automotive service that may have caught the flu? I always go to Ford for service but this time it was different and it’s why I refrain from giving 5 stars. Why did the mechanic skip some points to check on the ‘report card’ they provide after your service? For example, why was the cabin filter not checked on my Ford? I usually go to White Oak in Mississauga and it was my first time at Twin Hills and I question if this service center needs to see their doctor.

  Awesome! Came in to checkout a car was able to drive it right away. No sales pressure tactics. Great job!

  Incredibly considerate service staff with Farzin, the service manager, leading the service department. Very clear explanations of service required with no hassle. I would highly recommend Twin Hills Ford Lincoln. Thank you so much!

  Since the new management/employees are in place, the difference is like day and night.
  Contrary to the past customer service people, the new ones are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Sina is the one that comes to my mind. I hope you guys keep doing the good work with customer service.
  
  In my family we have one Ford and two Lincolns and will definitely go there again for any service related issues.

  Simple winter tire swap became complicated as Ford changed the lug sizes on the 2018 F150. Dealer put my original tires on and sent me on my way with 2 options for new lugs and I then returned the next morning to have the tires put on and they never charged me for the first day fiasco where I brought my tires and lugs and they did the work to take them out of the box, take tires off and attempt to put them on and did not work. The service personnel at Twin Hills are all changed and seem a lot better and attentive to me. I cannot say I was happy with the previous crew and this is the closest Ford dealer for me to go to. This is a brand new 2018 Ford F150 and I almost bought a Dodge Ram because I was not happy with the service dept at Twin Hills prior. The new faces bring a glimmer of hope that my service experiences will be better here on in.
