I am taking my kids to Doctor Grouhi for their allergies for many years and he is always polite and answers all the questions patiently. Staff are so good and helpful as well.
After a year of illness and ongoing with very bad doctoring and no help, it was a relief to experience Dr. Grouhi and his staff. They take their role in “health” care seriously. No arrogance and no know it all attitude, no profiling, no closed mindedness being influenced because of a previous doctor’s dangerous attitude. Friendly reception, reasonable wait, efficient, organized and skillful, and caring and willing to help. I did not think I have allergies, and I found out on the spot I have no allergies which helps me, as that eliminates that as a cause of some of my symptoms. If only I could get the help needed in the other areas of doctoring to listen, believe, diagnose, and treat. Congrats Dr. Grouhi and staff. You are an example of what health care should entail, and in the past did entail 90% of the time. However these days... very dangerous attitudes out there. The Hippocratic oath seems to have been taken as just a recital to gain access to an assembly line for prestige and fortune by so many doctors out there, it is hopeful to see that some actually do mean it. Never had an issue, would recommend this place for sure
I came here for an allergy test after being referred by my family doctor. Everybody here, including the doctors and receptionists, was polite and very helpful. I was seated in a room right on schedule, and was seen to within 5 minutes. The doctor was very understanding and courteous during the appointment, and maintained casual conversations as well. All concerns were addressed as well.
Overall, no complaints- the clinic is on time and very polite.
