(September 4, 2018, 9:44 pm)Dr. Jogar is an incredibly caring doctor, and I always feel he truly and personally cares for the pets (as well as the owners). I find him caring deeply about the well being of the animals without over-medicating them while providing patient counsel to my concerns. I can't recommend him enough.
