  Excellent service! The Certified Pedorthist will give the best diagnosis of the problems, walking, running and lumbar support. The staff are professional and provide a lot of assistance. They will get you what you need and help carrying out activities easier.

  Great customer service and knowledgeable staff - what more can you ask for? I ordered compression socks from this location - fantastic selection of options. My sister has struggled with feet problems for years and needed a wider range of services, and is very happy with the quality of the products. Overall wonderful experience dealing with very knowledgeable staff who goes above and beyond to help you with your problems and take care of your administrative questions.

  This is my second year going back to this location. Jonathan is very attentive to my needs. He understands how my career affects my foot health and gives me helpful advices. He makes himself available very frequently to answer any questions or concerns outside of his business hours. Jessica is very helpful to schedule appointments and she makes sure any inquiries are answered in a timely manner. You will feel at ease knowing that the staff will remember you the first time you meet, they will take great care of you and that the process is smooth and effortless.

  My second time using my benefits at this location and planning to continue to do so. Jessica at the front desk is always welcoming and easy to work with when scheduling appointments. Jonathan is the Dr I've been consistently seeing. He is very knowledgeable of his work as well as helping me manage my benefits.

  Recently I decided to purchase a good pair of orthotic shoes because I walk a lot at work and my feet are getting super tired in the end of the day. I was looking for a reliable store based on Google reviews and that’s how I found a BioPed at Richmond Hill. I have to admit that I am really happy with my choice. Everything that was said below is true. The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Jonathan is very professional, he was able to find the right fit for me and gave me a lot of helpful advice. I would recommend this place to all my family members and friends. Thank you guys for being great!
