Food arrives quickly, but I feel the rice that comes with the hainanese chicken has went down in quality over the years. It is not soft and fluffy anymore. It kind of has the texture of day old rice. The chicken is still flavourful, but definitely not "fresh".

I know of 3x locations in Markham and have been a long time customer, excellent tea time options and standard HK food affair, but done with great consistency and taste.

One of their super popular items is the shrimp and potatoes salad, one of the best in the area. Also love their BBQ pork neck with egg on rice not a common item.

I really enjoy this place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

    I give them 9/10!

Spacious restaurant and larger than the other locations. Quality of food is on par with the other ones.

One suggestion I have is to not order the Spicy Vermicelli Beef Noodle Soup to go or if you do, make sure they follow your instructions. They barely give enough broth to cover all the noodles and beef, I'm talking about a quarter of what you would get if dining in. You'll basically be eating dry noodles, that's how bad it was. This happened to me twice, even after asking for more broth.

Went here for lunch. The service was quick but unlike most places you have to wave down a staff member. This is the norm here as it is really busy, Once you wave them down they come right over though. The menu is very large and I think offers almost too many options. The food comes out in large portions which is great and is good. decent lunch spot worth a visit.

    "A go-to!!"

    What time we arrived/Wait time?
There is always a seat for us anytime! It's a pretty big place.

    Atmosphere?
It is a genuinely simple and pleasant atmosphere. Lots of light coming in and lots of booths for privacy!

    Service/Staff?
Service is just okay. They don't superly care about you but it's fast service.

    Food/Menu/Pricing?
    This menu is HUGE. Amazing.
So many options everyone will find something they like.
I recommend the beef with black bean sauce, the ox tongue, the pork cutlet on tomato sauce rice with an egg on top, and the desserts! The bubble waffles and flaky ice cream sandwich is amazing.
