  I have had nothing but great experience and customer service from Treadmill Factory. The last couple orders I have placed have been with Jeremy. He is helpful, knowledgeable, fast to reply and on top of getting your order out to you! A+ service has been my experience with my multiple orders I have made.

  Ordered on January 24, 2019, and received it today, January 28, 2019. Super fast shipping, easy online shopping, speedy communication and order confirmation. The items are really high quality. I am very impressed and can’t wait to keep building up my gym. I will definitely keep ordering from Treadmill Factory!!

  The assistance I received on selecting the quality of treadmill was spot on. I love how quiet the True300 treadmill is. The only thing that could have been better on the delivery - was if the guys had set up the user profiles for me - as the instruction in the manual aren't correct. Having said that - the delivery location was extremely difficult and the two gentlemen did an absolutely fantastic job of getting the unit in, setup and cleaned up - thank you!

  We were looking for a replacement for an old treadmill that had broken down. The Treadmill Factory, true to its name, has a very good selection of treadmills, as well as other fitness equipment. We were very capably helped by staff members Tinika and Victor, who provided lots of useful information and spent as much time with us as we needed to make a decision and, ultimately, a purchase. We can strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality and service.

  We've bought many items from Markham Treadmill Factory. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I am very happy with my latest purchase of the Frequency Wave 2000T from Kyle Dow. He listened to my needs and worked within my price range while comparing different brands for me to help me make my decision. Would continue to come back to Treadmill Factory for my exercise equipment and would recommend this place to my friends.
