  I work out doors and on occasion need to use the toilet in public places... This said Tim Hortons is usually a great place to stop... But I don't touch any handles going in or coming out... Cover my hands with my sleeves and utilize my elbows...all this BEACAUSE There are still people not washing ???? their hands properly after using the ???? toilet, I lived through S.A.R.S. and I have proper hand washing to thank for it.

  Great place, 10/10! I spent many late nights here chatting with friends. There are 2 staff members who are always extremely friendly and helpful.

What is the problem there why is everything being done wrong. This is so frusterating for us. Please teach your staff to listen to the customers and get them what they have asked for and what they are paying for. If I can help it I do not use this Tim Hortons because of all our problems.
