(January 27, 2019, 7:06 am)This has been by far my best customer service experience. Two years after I purchased my car from Milburn, I went to Barry Cullen because my transmission started to grind. Initially, the Barry Cullen people refused to honour the drivetrain warranty, but after Bryan from Milburn spoke directly with GM Canada, I got a call back from Barry Cullen, and they accepted to do the warranty repair. Without Bryan's intervention, I would not get my car fixed.
