(March 21, 2021, 1:32 am)Have had our dog groomed here a few times and will be continuing to do so. Our dog has anxiety issues but somehow she never has an issue with the staff at Diamond in the Ruff! She's happy to go! She jumps out of the car! And when she gets home, she is so content, not all out of sorts like when she returns from other places in the past. The groomers do an AMAZING job on her. She looks great! No complaints there! And the price is very fair for the services we get! Nevaeh can't wait to come back!

(January 30, 2021, 5:50 pm)I took my Old English Sheepdog to Diamond in the Ruff last week as she was in desperate need of a haircut! As usual, Janice and her wonderful team worked their magic and my Cubby looks beautiful! Janice REALLY knows how to cut Old English Sheepdog hair! We picked her up at the end of the day and she was so proud of herself! Janice also will add a feather to her hair if I request this! I have been taking my Old English Sheepdogs to Janice for years now and am always so pleased with her "spa treatment"! I highly recommend Diamond the Ruff, not only for grooming but for play days and pet hotel stays too! Cubby loves it there! Thank you Janice and your wonderful team!

And she loves it also.. however I’ve used them many many times, and yesterday when I picked my dog up not even 10 minutes after 11, I got charged $10 on top of 140$ for just one night stay and a groom. She wasn’t even there 24 hours.. does that make sense.
