Having built with several other local builders previously, we are relieved to say that the quality of materials and workmanship has been the best we have experienced so far. The after-sale service and care has been absolutely outstanding. Kris and his team have gone above and beyond to address any and all deficiencies, no matter how big or small. They have even completed work that wasn't something they were required to do. As a detail-oriented person with fairly high standards, this sort of customer service means so much. They have so many really nice employees that seem to genuinely care. I would highly recommend Reid's Heritage Homes, and am grateful for the courteous and prompt after-care service we received since moving into our lovely new home.
