I have lived here in Rockwood over 8 yrs now and this is the only place I would ever trust to take care of any issues I have with my car. The owners are Terry and Amanda. They are both courteous, knowlegable and honest. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Collin at the front desk is amazing always helpful, polite, hard working and goes out of his way for the customers. They are reasonably priced and seem to go out of their way to make sure your not over charged for anything. I have never walked out of there feeling ripped off. They don't push you to have stuff done if it doesn't need it right away they tell you it's not urgent. They are super friendly and never make you feel silly for asking questions. An exceptional place to bring your vehicle for repairs!

15 years ago when this garage was new, I had a problem with my new car . The owner advised me that I had a crack in the top of my windshield antifreeze jug, and that rather than replacing the jug which would be expensive, just to make sure that I didn't fill the jug too much. I always felt that he could have just told me that I needed a new antifreeze jug and made some money, but he didn't. I still have the same car and feel confident every time I go to this garage, that I will be dealt with in an honest way. I am very lucky to have a local garage that I can trust.

I had an issue with my winter tire rims that I bought from him. Terry tried unsuccessfully to repair them and in the end-replaced them. I give him credit for doing this-it made me a satisfied customer.

Not only does T&A Automotive offer fantastic, reliable quality service but their fair prices and ability to work with you in diagnosing the problem provides confidence the job will be done correctly. Providing you live in town a shuttle is available for pickup and drop off which is very convenient and a perk most garages do not offer. I highly recommend visiting T&A if you have any questions or concerns with your vehicle.
