  Like the vets here. New vet Dr Ian...met him recently...good, caring get. Like the location and the building. A sense of warmth and those on the front desk very welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and somehow seem to remember me. Love the vets who work here...they are awesome. Unfortunately I haven't met those who work in the back...the techs, etc but I get the sense everyone who works here loves animals. Also, they sell some food, toys, etc.

  Wonderful caring front staff
  Dependable and caring surgical and recovery staff.
  The veterinarian staff are so caring and dedicated to ensure best care for my furry family members. They see beyond to find the answers needed.
  The communication and dedication between all staff is so reassuring.
  They take those extra steps to make sure all my "kids" are monitored and feel like home.
  Another successful surgery behind us and positive transition home.
  In a crisis or just standard concerns Hwy 24 has become an extension to our family over the past 15+ years.

  The staff is amazing. Very easy going. So helpful and patient over the phone even though I had so many questions. Not to mention its so obvious upon walking in that every single person in the building has a love for animals and want to help in any way they can. I’m very impressed and I’m so happy I found this place! Will recommend to everyone I know.

  Highway 24 Veterinary is the BEST! Sometimes you don't realize how good until you have been elsewhere. For years we have brought our fur babies to Hwy 24 but two years ago, we moved to Toronto. I have now been to three different vets in Toronto and although I think I have found a good one, nothing even comes close to Hwy 24.
  
  From the moment you walk into Hwy 24 Vet, you are greeted like family. The front desk staff treat you as though you are their most important client. They welcome your pet by name and seem to genuinely care about your pet. The Vets are incredible. They take the time to talk to you and explain everything, and they also have such warmth and compassion towards your pet. It feels like family and you don't completely get it until you are dealing with another clinic. I would drive from Toronto to Hwy 24 if the darn 401 wasn't always so congested. It would be worth the drive. I miss you all - keep up the amazing work, support and true service that you provide better than anyone.

  I have been a client here since 2004 and would never dream of taking my pets anywhere else. I truly feel like I am visiting family when I go there! The staff and Veterinarians are all amazing. Kristi is the best pet greeter on the planet and knows almost all the pets by name when they come in. All the staff are very compassionate and understand how important our animals are to us and will do anything to help.
