The owners are very knowledgeable, experienced, genuine and compassionate. The extensive range of services have been developed with the client in mind. These services are extremely well thought out and delivered with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. There are no hidden costs or agendas here. There is so much to consider at a time when it is easy to feel overwhelmed, scattered or even numb. Jeff guided me through the process and consistently went above and beyond. He communicated with me each step of the way and gave our family peace of mind knowing that Mom’s final journey was managed with dignity, kindness and caring. I give Passages my highest recommendation.

The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Passages to everyone. Jeff helps you at your darkest and weakest moment. You won't be disappointed.

What I thought would be the most difficult and stressful step in the process they made so much easier. From the very first phone call Jeff was compassionate, empathetic and very understanding.
The guidance provided each step of the way was extremely helpful, they took the complexity out of the process, streamlining all the information, documentation in a simplified package. This was so invaluable, I truly felt at ease the entire time, I can't say enough how much of a relief and burden that was lifted off our shoulders.
They are truly amazing people first and foremost and their service is special, we are forever appreciative for their assistance and absolutely recommend them! -

(March 5, 2021, 6:23 pm)I couldn't ask for a better experience than what Jeff provided. On extremely short notice, and on a Sunday morning, Jeff coordinated pickup from our home and managed the entire cremation process.
He was there when we needed him most, had a process to handle everything smoothly, and above everything else treated my family with the utmost care and support.
I highly recommend Jeff's funeral services and follow-up from Amelia on the estate law side. Such a smooth hand-off where you'll be cared for every step of the way. These two are amazing!!
