(November 17, 2020, 3:16 am)I own my own business and house. For a very long time I was told no, no, no to getting a new mortgage in order to move up in real estate. Rob and his team wouldn't take no for an answer. They got my wife and I a mortgage at a fantastic rate so we could buy the house we needed to raise our new family. I was definitely a customer that called and emailed a lot, and Rob never got frustrated. He was always responsive and happy to help. He is reassuring and works hard to get you the best deal for you. I hadn't considered a broker before meeting Rob, and from now on I won't use anybody except Rob. They are definitely 5 Star worthy and only because that's the max you can go. I don't have a single bad thing to say and would highly recommend Rob and his team to anybody looking to get honest, hard working, and trustworthy mortgage advice.

Rob is the perfect balance of professional yet light hearted. He made this process more relatable with terminology we recognized, which is important on your first time around! Highly recommend!

I would have loved to sit with them to talk this through and even catch up on things, but obviously we couldn't due the COVID situation. They made this seem very easy and kept the stress on our side to a minimum. They even worked around our vacation and were ready for us when we got back. I cannot thank them enough for not only getting me a great rate, but also for the great service and thoughtfulness throughout the process. I won't hesitate to get in touch if I have any questions and look forward to the check-ins. I will definitely be in touch next time I need to review or start a mortgage.
