(December 3, 2019, 2:52 pm)I have used Nurse Next Door in Guelph for my sister who has dementia for 3 years now.During this time a companion comes once a week to take her out to shop and have lunch. If there is a problem with the companion not being able to come I receive a phone call and they try to find another companion to fill in.
If this is not possible I’m informed so that my sister is not waiting for her companion. I’ve been pleased with the companions ability to handle situations that have arisen due to my sister’s dementia. -

(December 3, 2019, 2:28 pm)At a crucial time for our family Andrew and his team at Nurse Next Door stepped in and gave us the help we needed to manage the care for my Father in Law who was beginning to suffer from dementia. Their kindness and professionalism has made it possible for us to enjoy these remaining years with my wife's father and for him to continue forward with his dignity intact. Myself and my family are forever indebted to them if you need help with in home care these are the people to call.
