(November 15, 2018, 6:34 pm)I have lived at the Inverness Apartments in Guelph for over 6 years. The building is constantly being upgraded and is very well maintained both inside and out. Lorrie, our building manager is very approachable for issues or concerns. maintenance issues, however trivial, are dealt with immediately. This is a small 30 unit building with residents that are quiet, pleasant and respectful. i am very happy with my choice to call the Inverness Apts., my home.

(November 11, 2018, 10:54 pm)We've lived here for a few years now and LOVE it. The building is very well maintained and the management is very hands on. Lorrie the building manager is very friendly and very responsive to inquiries. William's and McDaniel and the management have been very accommodating for my husbands disability, and have changed a few things to make it easier for him to get in and out of the building. Can't say enough nice things about the building atmosphere and the management.
