He walked us through every step of the purchase and made himself available in accordance with our schedules. He was very accommodating, driving 1.5 hours each way to come see us, and taking even longer than that to walk us through what we needed to do, and what decisions we needed to make. He gave us some time to think things through and followed up with us in an appropriate amount of time. We definitely felt like he had our best interests in mind.

As soon as we realized her condition, I called him, and he began the process. The Will was done asap and it was a feeling of solace that we will always be grateful for.
