  We visited several carpet stores before we decided to go with Sarmazian Bros. Isabelle took the time to show us several samples of carpet and under padding, made recommendations and helped us select the best options which suited our decor and budget. We appreciated her courtesy calls after each phase of the installation to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. When Tony came to our home, he measured the space and accommodated our request to have the installation done in two phases. Abdul was here on time and did an excellent job installing the new carpet and disposing of the old one. We are extremely pleased with our plush new carpet! Special thanks to Isabelle, Tony, Abdul and his assistant Omar for their professionalism, the stress free experience and the excellent end results!

  We ordered and had them install carpet in 3 bedrooms. Everything worked out real well from start to finish. Sales, service and installation were excellent! I would definitely purchase flooring from Sarmazian Bros again.

  Had amazing help from Heidi when it come to looking at our options for luxury vinyl flooring. Heidi helped us out greatly with her knowledge around interior design and was able to help direct us towards the tiles we were looking for. Couldn't of asked for more. When Heidi was away I was helped by two others who were just as professional and caring. Next time we need flooring we will be back.

  I was impressed by Levon's friendliness and knowledge of the flooring business. He was casual so it made me feel at ease as I wasn't sure as to what I wanted. There's a good range of runners of excellent quality in the store. This is the second time I've purchased flooring from this store and I am confident in future purchases.   My husband and I chose Sarmazian Brothers in Guelph to find an area carpet for our dining room. We were greeted by Levon, who approached us with warmth and professionalism. He helped us find the perfect carpet and we are totally thrilled with our purchase.
  When we went to pick up our carpet, it was perfectly wrapped for travel and the staff were prompt and courteous with placing it in our vehicle.
  The overall experience was very positive and we highly recommend this business. We will be back! Thank you.
