  The gas cap on my Subaru was stuck shut (broken wire) and I used the last of my gas to get here to see if they could fix it. Pleasant and friendly service technician helped me out for free even though he said they were short staffed and busy. Very impressed and appreciative!

  Honest, knowledgeable sales staff, front desk staff was very helpful and the sales manager went above and beyond do accommodate. Great dealership with a great atmosphere.

  Not 100% done yet, but they do have show cars on display as well as some selections in there lot. I was there for a PM,Great guys at the service desk.

  A Review in 2 parts: Part 1 - saw the new Forester Sport at the TO car show, my Wife and I liked what we saw and wanted a test drive as neither one of us had driven a Subaru. Pfaff in Guelph is closest dealer to us. We went for a just a test drive and ended up buying a car. Fantastic experience (I was a car sales person many years ago). No pressure just helpful staff. All the new features of a modern car were carefully explained and demonstrated (our latest car is a 2010 model year Honda). Having realistic expectations matched up nicely with the "No Haggle Pricing" style of the Dealership. They are currently sourcing a car in the colour we want so Part 2 will be the delivery of our new car.

  Just bought a car here and the experience was great. No hassle, willing to work with me by phone and email instead of making me sit in the office while they "consult with the manager". Highly recommend the team and approach.
