CrossFit Guelph

There is a believe that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. I do believe it's true and I noticed that going to the Crossfit Guelph has improved myself and my life in all aspects. I have learnt so many practical things that make my life amazing. First and the most important, we learn the proper technique of crossfit movements and we are constantly being watched and corrected. We also do mobility work every class improving our flexibility and ability to function in and outside the gym. As a result, I'm getting stronger with no injuries, considering I had a history of lower back pain when working out. The classes are always fun and challenging, the people are amazing and willing to share their strengths and talents even the ones not directly related to crossfit. For instance, I am making my own sour dough bread and homemade kombucha thanks to one of the very generous CFG members. There is also nutritional and mental support available. Mike is open to feedback and always addresses them with respect and kindness, he is a very knowledgeable, professional and caring person. Oh! And they welcome kids as well. I've been bringing my 4 year old son this summer (and sometimes along with my 2 year old) to the classes and everybody understands and helps me getting my workout done! I couldn't imagine a better place, it's that good!

Starting at Crossfit Guelph was one of the best thing that I have ever done. I am fitter, stronger and happier. It has a wonderful community and amazing coaching. Anyone looking for something life changing should definitely give it a try.
