I knew back then that they were stand up guys, and that I would use their services if I ever needed a mortgage. After using their services to purchase a house this year, I can safely say that I would recommend them to anyone. I worked with Dario and he really went above and beyond to get me the best rate. He would send me emails as the offers came in, and did not stop until he was confident that he had gotten me the lowest rate. 100% would recommend them to anyone I knew who needed a mortgage.

They are very professional, quick with approvals, and provide excellent customer service. One of my favourite things about working with the Mortgage Guys is their communication. They always proactively provide me with updates on the status of my clients files and if I ever call with a questions they pick up and talk to me right away. These guys are great to work with and I highly recommend them!
