We thought about hiring a management company over the years but assumed we couldn't afford it and we were afraid the customer service we prided ourselves on would change, so we never pursued it; until last year. 11 months ago we hired Lighthouse Management to oversee a 6-plex we own in Guelph and we couldn't be happier. In fact, within a month of working with Lighthouse, I said to my husband, "why didn't we do this sooner???" We interviewed a few management companies before making our decision. We decided to hire Lighthouse because Sean was so professional, responsive and understanding. Moreover, his company offered the most flexible option with respect to rent collection and invoicing. Not only are we SUPER HAPPY with our decision, our tenants are equally happy. If you're considering a management company, we would highly recommend Lighthouse Management.

Also, his fees are very reasonable which is a huge bonus as an investor. We would highly recommend him!

During our stay we had 2 issues which were dealt with promptly and professionally. Always considerate of our needs any time an issue came up. Would recommend Lighthouse's services if you are looking for someone to take care of your property
