(December 6, 2020, 5:40 pm)Standard CPR course with Scott. He is an engaging instructor, knowledgable, clear, and professional. Stories sprinkled through the lecture and slides make the day go by painlessly. I left feeling retrained in basic first aid.
Covid precautions included students at their own desks or 2 meters apart. Group scenarios still occur and participants wear PPE (nitrile gloves and medical masks) and sanitize before and after putting gloves on. 15 minutes breaks were taken, and thirty minutes for lunch. -

Vicki was clear, professional, kind and very thorough.
One of the best first aid trainings I have been to yet!
Felt confident and prepared leaving the training.
Covid protocols were handled well and very little touching or partner work involved. Felt very safe the whole time .
Will definitely return for future trainings and highly recommend! -

(February 14, 2020, 9:10 pm)I went with a group from work. The course was really useful and had plenty of hands on work, and the instructor was knowledgeable, dynamic and fun. Overall a great experience and I feel much more confident to act in an emergency, really glad I signed up!

(June 15, 2018, 2:20 pm)Recently completed the one day Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED Level C. The instructor (Vicki) was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this course and instructor to anyone needing to certify or re-certify.
My daughter recently completed the Red Cross Babysitting program with Vicki. She enjoyed the day, and the course has given her the knowledge and confidence to handle any babysitting emergency. I recommend this program to any parent for their child who wants to babysit. -

(February 13, 2017, 5:10 pm)I absolutely loved my Standard First Aid Course with KMW Outreach. The instructor was calm, personable, and informative. He made the learning experience relevant, easy to understand, and easy to apply to everyday life. He readily answered questions, supported individual learning styles, and ensured that everyone in the class really understood the material. The mix of lecture style and hands on learning meant that everyone was very comfortable with the material. I feel extremely prepared to help others after taking this course. I would definitely recommend KMW Outreach to everyone.
