  I’m a new hot tub owner. Didn’t have a clue what I was doing with chemicals etc.
  Very knowledgeable staff!! They are great! They have taught me everything I need to know. Their chemicals are fantastic! I used a different hot tub place chemicals before and couldn’t get the water clear. Now that I’ve switched to their chemicals my tub has never been more clear! I can finally enjoy my tub!! Thank you!

  Outstanding customer support, from installation the the all-important "how to" instructions for care and maintenance. Their products are fairly pricee and their staff (Shelley and Al) more focussed on your experience with the tub than "selling product". Wonderful.
  
  They are VERY skilled with the chemicals and their use but more, how to take care of people (like me) who are very new to the subject.
  
  My wife and I did a lot of research, prior to purchasing our tub. It was VERY easy to see the differences in both "the sales process" and the quality of the HydroPool tubs. We never felt like we were talking to a salesperson in a searsucker suit, more, people who help support an informed decision.
  
  HIGHLY recommended.
