Caleb was extremely helpful. I do not know much about phones or plans but he had great patience with explaining all the different available plans and the best ones which would suit me and my needs. I felt like I struggled to understand what the plans included but he was more than happy to repeat the plans in a different way in which it was easier to understand. Caleb was truly the most helpful, as well as joyful, person I have met in an industry such as this. His passion for ensuring the customers are enjoying their interactions as well as their purchase was something I can't say I experience often. Caleb is truly a prime example of customer service and I strongly believe he puts the customer's satisfaction before anything else.

Customer service is amazing. Hien helped us return a dysfunctional phone and we upgraded to a new one. She made it seem so easy, and left us smiling

The staff are friendly, but what they can do for you is somewhat limited. Earlier, I had attempted to cancel my plan and move to a "bring your own device" plan online, but Virgin Mobile's website told me that it couldn't identify my phone so I should go to a store. When I got there, the store told me that they can't do it in-store and I have to phone Virgin. To give them full credit, the store location did talk to me about plans, what the BYOD plans include, gave me a brochure, and provided the phone number.

I'm not entirely sure why they're unable to do plan cancellations and transfers in-store, but I am glad they tried to help.

Virgin Kiosk at Stone Road Mall was so helpful. Kathleen walked me thru everything and gave me options. She was very well versed in the packages, etc. It was a seamless transaction and I am happy I went there! I even got rebates because I'm already a client with Virgin.
