I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape, recover from an injury or just get off the couch. From meal plans to training regimes he knows how to get results! I am in the best shape of my life and have Skyler to thank!

I am pretty fitness challenged but I have to say that my trainer is incredibly patient as he puts me through my paces. I'm impressed by the breadth of his knowledge about how the body works; and he very deliberately and conscientiously tailors my workouts, to ensure I'm challenged but also successful. I would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone.

(August 3, 2017, 8:23 pm)If you're serious about results, then this is the place to go. They have private personal training with very experienced trainers. There is also a great TCM/Acupunturist working out of there. East Meets West Holistic Services. She is the real deal!
