  Craig is an excellent trainer. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He had no problems answering any questions about why we do a particular workout or how it should be done properly. I saw a lot of progress in a short amount of time training with Craig!

  I 100% recommend Craig as a personal trainer, I had a great experience learning new excersises and educating myself with the what, why's and when's of fitness. Friendly, funny, smart and judgment free trainer where i could be honest about late night snacks lol????

  Craig is a successful trainer for multiple reasons: He incorporates both safety and strength in a unique way, to ensure the success and results of his clients. He adapts different training styles for different bodies and has been there on every occasion. It is also a judgement free place to improve yourself and reach your goals. Craig has never cancelled on me. 4 stars because he never dug into you
