(October 29, 2020, 3:46 pm)Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the individual who took my call. However, they were extremely accommodating and managed to schedule a last minute appraisal for us a week out from closing. The appraiser, Kim Passmore, was equally as pleasant to work with and produced a report within 24 hours of the inspection date. I look forward to working SW Irvine and Associates in the future.

This appraisal took some time and Kim went above and beyond to make sure that the appraisal was completed with all the necessary research of comparable homes in the area as this home required much work to be done. I really appreciate her professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely use her again in future.
