Once we started working with Brittany, she was able to get us pre approved within the same day, plus got us the best mortgage rate and higher loan. I worked directly with both Paul and Chelsey and they both provided an outstanding customer service experience. If it weren't for Paul and his unique skills, I would not have been able to purchase the home that I am living in right now. I shopped for weeks looking for a mortgage lender. Due to the complex financial situation I was in, I could not get approved by anyone. Then I met Paul and his team. He not only provided me the best rate, but also educated me on my options and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. And Paul does not charge you anything for his service. I asked an excessive amount of questions during my communications with Paul and yet he was always happy to assist. He was always quick to respond and every communication from Paul started with a Thank you and ended with a Thank you. (December 7, 2020, 1:46 am)Paul and Chelsey were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process of refinancing our mortgage. It was great working with genuine people. They really do care about their clients. We always felt valued. Paul worked as many angles as he could to get us the best rate. Even when we had agreed to the terms, Paul didn't stop and was able to find us an even better rate. He offered us numerous lenders and educated us about the differences between them (the pros and the cons, which was honest). We are very happy with the lender we selected. We would definitely use Paul Gazzola-Guelph Mortgage Architects again.

I have referred many people to them and everyone I do, is always happy with their prompt and professional service. I never had such great interest rates and it has helped me to pay off my mortgage debt faster and borrow the money I need to do the renovations required in my home. I trust them fully!!!
