Supportive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and quick to reply! When we bought our house, she was right there with us (virtually) during the bidding process to ensure we had the right financing to buy our house. Every step of the way she was very helpful with advice but not at all pushy. She gave us the confidence to buy a house well within our means by finding the perfect lender for our situation.
