  Much better since moving from old location and cleaning house. The old staff was lazy, unmotivated and couldn’t explain anything. The new staff is the opposite. I’ve had Joe respond to emails at 9 pm at night to make sure everything was done so my wife could pick up her car on time (the dealership didn’t do anything to help the process until I took a day off to get it sorted out).

  Joe and his team don't disappoint in there insurance knowledge of service. There sincerity is evident and I am happy I switched my home and auto insurance to them. Highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

  I am insured with Joe's insurance on Woolwich, and I just unfortunately had a car accident. Joe Migliaccio's insurance office was great at taking care of me!!
  The claims rep was kind, and explained everything clearly. They were very fast in repairing my vehicle, and their office rep called me to check in and make sure that everything was going great.
  In my experience, they have the best price and best service in town!

  Joe Migliaccio is extremely professional and knows his stuff. He treats you like family. He will take care of ANY insurance need or question you have. Why not hire a local Guelph guy? Call him first, you will be impressed!
