My complicated questions were understood and addressed. They made the process easy to understand and very enjoyable. I finally found that moment of relief when you find a business that cares about your personal financial and long term goals and wants to eagerly work with you to accomplish those dreams.

My purchase happened unusually it quickly, and there were some twists, but Pauline handled it all competently. I must have seemed pretty naive indeed, but I never once felt foolish in her office. And then, after all the complications, she got me a very good rate on a mortgage I can handle. I am so glad my agent introduced us.
All the people who helped me at Price Team were friendly and professional, and I always felt comfortable when I stopped in, which was often. Pauline especially, gave me confidence throughout the process. Invaluable! -

She has consistently been able to get the lowest rates and is not only professional, but knowledgeable of the myriad of lending options and navigates through them all to find the best solution for my buyers. There have been a couple times a client of mine did not qualify with their lender of choice and Jenn has always come though with a solution that saved the deal and allowed my clients to purchase their dream home.
She's also a wonderful person. She really cares and it shows.
I will highly recommend working with Jenn!
