He is responsive and provides detailed, professional quotes and invoices. He shows up when he says he will (which not all trades people do.) He has excellent attention-to-detail and I was very happy with his work. He was also flexible and accommodating when I decided to change the specs in the middle of the project. I highly recommend him.
