She's a great mix of encourager, energetic, practical, and hard core. She asks a lot of relevant questions to help you discover confidence and empowerment. Erin is super relatable - she's been there, done that, and has studied and researched for a holistic approach. She is detail oriented and gives good directions on how to move while also explaining why and how each movement is important. The gym? Bright, well equipped, and not intimidating!
