He explained the processes, and understood our needs. He never pushed for any choice and let us decide what we like to do. From the very first moment, Rob was able to clearly understand our needs and lifestyle. He was able to provide knowledgeable referrals for all of our requests throughout our search and for finilaizing our purchase; such as a contractor, lawyers, house painter, home inspector etc. Rob was able to keep us on track with our search and keep us motivated until we found our home. He constantly updated me though email and text about everything that was happening with appointments and viewings. He organized everything and worked with my schedule. Rob responded to my questions in a timely manner and is very knowlegable about current market trends. He provided me with tons of resources related to not only the selling of my house but for moving as well. Rob sold my house in 5 days for over asking price.
