(March 27, 2023, 5:22 pm)I am trying to help my mother sell her home of 20 years. The problem was that she smoked for those 20 years! The place was a real turn off to potential buyers. BioSense did a fantastic job of dealing with the smoke. Not just the smell, but the underlying bacteria? or whatever is in the nicotine. BioSense explained their process and then did exactly that. On time. On budget. Fast service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He came to do 2 rounds of ozonation which removed the cigarette smell from our new house completely! -

(January 9, 2023, 10:52 pm)I used biosense service for odour removal in my rental property. I am extremely satisfied with their service. It was very bad odour of animal feces, pet smell, pet urine. Pet food was embedded in the flooring seams. Marc was able to treat it so wonderfully that now it is smells amazing. He was very professional and offered high quality service.Thank you very much for your unbeleivable work.

We were referred to BioSense for their high quality of work and will be recommending them to friends and family. We are so happy to have dealt with Mark and such quick turnaround time. Our house no longer smells of smoke!

(July 7, 2022, 11:58 pm)Mark at Biosense was excellent. I bought a condo that had a faint nicotine smell. I did not pick up on it in the walk through before purchasing. I am asthmatic and it became a health issue. I would wake up coughing and feel a burn in my lungs. Mark treated my home and the smell is totally gone. I would have had to sell my condo just months after buying it without Biosense.
To say I am beyond pleased and relieved is an understatement. Mark was professional and personable, and Biosense treatment does what he says it does. I highly recommend Mark and his business!
