  Friendly and efficient staff. Fixed our flat/punctured tire within 30 minutes and had us back on our way. Price was very fair. Definitely would return and recommend for anyone else with the same (bad) luck as us.

  While I was on vacation a serpentine belt blew on my car. It happened on HWY 6 just a couple km's north of Fergus. As you can see I drive a rare Audi which many people will not even attempt to repair. I searched on the internet and discovered True Auto Care had many good reviews.
  
  I was sure to get there at 7:50am ten minutes before they officially open to ask them if they could help me. Jenna listened to me ask her if they could fix my car; then she offered me a coffee and sent me to their waiting room. She did some research and John the mechanic removed my old broken belt.
  
  Jenna told me they found a replacement belt but they didn't expect delivery till around noon. Jenna showed me my broken belt and she got a gentleman named Reid to give me a ride back to my hotel and she expected they would have the repair completed by 5pm.
  
  Jenna called at 4:50pm to inform me that they had replaced the belt .... but my air conditioner was not working! I reiterated to Jenna that the air conditioner started blowing warm air and I noticed the battery light on is how I concluded that my serpentine belt was broken.
  
  It must have been very difficult for her to tell me that my air conditioner wasn't on that broken belt as it has it's own belt. It didn't make sense to any of us ... However it was discovered that the broken belt had cut the wiring going into the compressor. Now that made sense to me because it was the fact the air conditioner stopped working which instantly alerted me to the problem.
  
  John was able to repair the wiring and I was able to resume my vacation as Reid picked me up and delivered me to my car by noon.
  
  I was so pleased with all the effort spent to get me on my way I cheerfully tipped $50. I am so blessed to have True Auto Care take care of me and my Audi.
  
  In my situation things could have went really bad ~ if you notice their is no front license plate on my car because I am from Edmonton Alberta... Yes ~ a break down thousands of km's from home!
  
  If you live in the Fergus area I highly recommend True Auto Care as your regular repair/maintenance shop because they are so honest and they actually fix the problems!

  I have been going to Ron and his team for a long time. They take time to explain what needs to be done (show you if needed), and whether it's urgent or not. With their Comprehensive Inspection report you get see all the major check points, and whether your car failed or passed the tests. Helps me to keep my car on the road!
